We recently were commissioned to complete a comprehensive project updating some aspects of a 70’s bungalow in West Chiltington. Including a New Garden Office, Raised Decking & Cinema Room.

Garden offices:
We made use of a hilly unusable portion of a customers garden for the location of the garden room, this particular structure was fitted with a softwood cladding which has been treated to create a similar colour to cedar at a discounted price, the roof is covered with an EPDM roofing membrane which will last a minimum of 25 years, inside the structure it is fully equipped with Wi-Fi controlled lights, electric radiators, double glazing, it’s own consumer unit isolating it from the houses tripping interferences, networking wired link, fully insulated with 100mm Celotex insulation, a soundproofing middle wall dividing the two rooms which in this case are home offices.

Decking area:
The customer had some existing dangerous steps to the rear of their property, We constructed a Balau decking instead which was built over a meter up from ground level to the underside of their existing french door threshold, it incorporated a halfway over pergolas, a ship style rope handrail this now gives them a huge 7.5m x3.3 m area to entertain guests with plenty of space to move around a sit.







Cinema room:
We got a specification from the customer to produce two tall bespoke cupboards with internal shelving, four high level floating shelves rebated to take Wi-Fi lights underside with slimline cupboards below built with internal shelving to fit either side of a feature tiled wall with bespoke tv/ media unit, we delivered on the spec to the excitement of the customer who was very happy with our work.
