We received a call from a new customer who got our details via recommendation from a previous customer, the scope of work they required was to remove the old kitchen and their vision was to reinvent the space which included removal of a wall and blocking up a doorway to give an open plan kitchen with breakfast island and a useful utility which all flowed through, the end result was a brand new kitchen area that merged perfectly with their new home and can be seen in the pictures here.
Amongst lots of other areas such as hallway tiling, insulating poorly fitted half garage conversion and a new unvented hot water cylinder, we were asked to modernise three bathrooms. These were heavily outdated and required completely removing then re-plumbing, new electrics, plastering, painting, tiling and brand new sanitary ware.
We also removed a very poorly laid conservatory floor which had tiles that had unfortunately cracked due to a bodged concrete floor slab, this was completely removed including all sub-base, dug deeper then reinstated with insulation, underfloor heating and then finished with a very nice floor tile.
